Mid-Day Sound Bath At Garfield Park
May is mental health awareness month. Please take a break from your day and join us for a mid-day sound bath at the north side of Garfield Park in South Pasadena. Mondays and Fridays from noon to 1 pm.
Bring a chair or a mat to sit/lie down on, some water to drink, and a blanket to shield you from the weather elements. Please dress according to the weather as the weather is Southern California has been unusual lately.
Come and experience what meditative sound from cryatal singing bowls, chimes, drums and flute in nature (almost!) can do for your mental health.
