Whether you’re preparing for labor or healing after birth, this class is designed to ease your body and calm your mind. With guidance from Brandi Ryans, certified prenatal teacher, you will know you are in good hands
You’ll learn:
✨ Breathwork to manage anxiety and prepare for labor
✨ Gentle movement to ease low back pain, sore hips + tired shoulders
✨ Simple ways to reconnect with your core + pelvic floor
