First day of spring tommorrow night , what a better way to celebrate Spring but to start exercising more and continue or start doing a Maggie’s Pilates class
Based on a combination of Pilates , Yoga , strength exercises and stretching with all abilities catered for �
Community based class held at Tomerong Hall 6-7 pm
