Class 1. 60cm approx. to run adjacent to main course (not suitable for lead reins)
Class 2. Pairs (Combination may jump any height from 60cm to 1.00m)
There will be a maximum of 4 dressing fences, where the pair need to jump
together to remain penalty free.
Class 3. 70cm approx Open
Class 4. 80cm approx Open
Class 5. Team Challenge (Team members may jump any height from 60cm –
1.00m) Teams of 3 or 4, First 3 times to count. Refusals will NOT be penalised.
Following a fall on the course, riders must not remount until authorised to do so by the medical team.
At some point on the course there will be a ‘box’ where 12 horse legs need to be (briefly) within this area at the same time.
Class 6. 90cm approx. Open
Class 7. 100cm approx. Open
There will be optimum times over a timed section for all classes except class 5.
The course will be open to walk from 2.00pm on Saturday 6th September

Class 5 - £66 per team
First Aid Contribution: £3.00 per horse.

Late entries taken where possible at an additional £5 per entry.
Entries will not be accepted without full fees, and refund of entries will not be
given after close of entries, but substitutions (in the same class) will be allowed.
Please note – * all entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £1.45 for
classes 1,3,4,6 & 7 per entry, and £1.90 for classes 2 & 5 per pair/team*

Any competitor riding in a bib where the numbering is smaller than 12cm in
height and less than 1cm in width will not be allowed to compete.

In all matters the Judges’ decision is final.
Neither the organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf, accept liability for any accident, loss,
damage or injury or illness to horses, riders, owners, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and
accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach
of contract or in any way whatsoever. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable
precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective,
everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the
instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

LONG HAIR MUST BE TIED BACK AND KEPT CLEAR OF THE NUMBER BIB.
A Medical Armband is strongly recommended for all competitors.
Body protectors are compulsory for all competitors for cross-country.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Objections must be made in writing to the Secretary’s office with a £10 deposit. The deposit will be
refunded if the objection is sustained.
10. The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, refuse any entry and to cancel any class.

In the event of the event cancelling, full refunds will be paid if cancelled before the closing date; after the closing date, entries will be refunded minus an admin. fee per entry.
