Yoga at Mari's Flowers (on the Patio)

Each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 AM, Michelle Marrero (founder of Beyond Yoga) will guide you through gentle asana, breathwork, and mindfulness exercises designed to help you:

Cultivate presence and ease in your body

Connect with a supportive community under open skies

Nourish your spirit before the day begins

Classes at Mari’s Flowers are $17 per session, or you’re welcome to apply your Beyond Yoga class pack toward this offering. (Please note: class packs aren’t valid for Commons or rooftop yoga.)

All levels are welcome—whether you’re new to the mat or deepening an established practice, you’ll find a welcoming space to move, breathe, and belong.
