I'm Jenna Chaffey. I grew up in a small country town in New Zealand, and my journey has been anything but conventional. From working in the mines of Perth to climbing the corporate ladder as a National Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Advisor for an international logistics company, I was on track to become the National Manager when life took an unexpected turn—I fell pregnant. This moment prompted me to do a complete 180, pivoting from the corporate world to entrepreneurship.

During lockdown, I founded Beat Freakz Fit from my dining room—a program designed to inspire and empower others through fitness and mindset coaching. As an NLP Master Practitioner and certified life coach, I've spent the past four years mastering strategies that rewire neural pathways for self-belief, self-acceptance, and confidence. I use the power of words and subconscious reprogramming to help individuals break free from limitations and unlock their true potential.

My story is one of resilience and determination. When I first launched Beat Freakz Fit, self-doubt and fear were my constant companions. My second class had just two attendees, but I refused to give up. I learned to adapt, adjust, and grow—and today, my business is thriving. My journey from doubt to success serves as a beacon of hope for anyone looking to turn their dreams into reality.

I’m a Brand Strategist, Copywriter, Marketer, and Speaker—but at my core, I’m a storyteller.

Beyond my work, I’m a wife, a mother, a friend, and a coffee lover (a BIG part of my identity). But most importantly, I believe in the power of stories—because they saved me.

Growing up in a chaotic, dysfunctional household, stories were my escape. They connected me to other worlds, helped me imagine new possibilities, and ultimately, got me through the hardest times.

That love of storytelling led me to journalism—a natural fit for my curiosity. But after four intense years of learning the craft, I realized traditional journalism wasn’t for me. I wanted to tell stories in a different way.

After graduating, I left my marketing job (and the UK) to travel and "find myself." The universe had its own plans when a last-minute travel companion turned into something more. Somewhere between Thailand and New Zealand, we fell in love and eventually built a life in Australia. Ten years later—spoiler alert—he’s my husband.

Marketing became my passion because it blends curiosity, creativity, and storytelling. It’s about truly understanding people and crafting narratives that connect. I honed these skills on the job and while completing my master’s in marketing.

Then, in 2020, life threw in a plot twist—marriage, motherhood, and a whole new chapter. That’s when I started questioning what I truly wanted.

Now, I help brands tell their own powerful stories—ones that connect, inspire, and drive action. Because at the heart of every great brand is a story worth telling.
