Join us for a powerful, evidence-based program that helps parents and carers of adolescents learn emotion coaching skills, improve communication, and navigate the teenage years with greater understanding and confidence.
Program Details
When: Thursdays 4 – 25 September 2025
Time: 9:00 am – 11:00 am (arrive from 8:45 am for tea & coffee)
Where: Briggs House Dining Room, Senior School Campus
Cost: $20 total for all four sessions

- How to recognise, understand and respond to your teenager’s emotions
- How to support your teen to self-regulate and develop emotional resilience
- How to strengthen your relationship through emotion coaching
- How to manage your own emotional reactions in the face of teen challenges
- How to reduce conflict and stay connected, even in tough times
Who Should Attend?
Parents and carers of young people aged 10–18 who want to:
