We’re opening our doors to the community for a special morning of movement, connection and meaningful conversation.

We’ll kick things off with a FREE 8AM SWEAT session, open to the public! So bring a mate, family member or work crew and come train with us! 💪

After the workout, we’ll take 30 minutes to grab a coffee, enjoy a treat and connect as a community before hearing from The Shaka Project, who will be delivering a powerful presentation around mental health and suicide prevention.
