Join us for a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey—a transformative practice to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

This one-hour breathing experience uses a gentle yet powerful technique to calm the mind, open the body, and support emotional release. With carefully curated music and a safe, supportive environment, you’ll be guided to move past the thinking mind and into a deeper state of awareness.

What to Expect:

• Intention Setting – Arrive grounded, clear, and open to your journey.
• Guided Breathwork – About 60 minutes of conscious connected breathing with music to help shift your nervous system into a state of deep rest and release.
• Integration – Time to reflect, share (if you choose), and enjoy a cup of herbal tea to gently return to the present.

• Grounded, relaxed, and recharged for the week ahead

This practice is accessible for all levels—whether you’re brand new to breathwork or have years of experience. Simply come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, journal, and water.
