Take a break from your busy week and drop into deep relaxation with this 45-minute guided meditation, enhanced by breathwork and the soothing sounds of one or more instruments, such as crystal bowls, chimes, drums, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks. Held inside the tranquil Salt Cave, this session is designed to help you ground, reset, and restore before the weekend.

The combination of calming breath practices, gentle sound healing, and the therapeutic salt environment creates a powerful space to release stress and reconnect with yourself.

No experience needed—just come as you are.
