When: Tuesday October 7th (weather permitting)
Where? West River Front Park - 11050 S River Front Pkwy. South Jordan. Please look for me set up under a tree, most likely away from other people. I will have my speaker and yoga mat.
Time: 3pm (this is a 30 minute session) feel free to hang out at the park afterwards
What to bring: a yoga mat, comfy clothes and layers for weather, a water bottle
Come as you are, leave glowing, grounded, and inspired
