Join me for a restorative yoga and sound healing experience in silk hammocks at Evolve Wellness Collective. We’ll begin with gentle, supported stretches using the hammock to open the body and calm the mind. Then, allow yourself to be fully held as you sway in stillness, immersed in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and other soothing instruments.
This class is designed to nourish your nervous system, release tension, and help you reconnect to your breath and body in the most peaceful way.
