Free Sound Bath for Mental Health Awareness Month

Join us in honoring Mental Health Awareness Month with a free community sound bath designed to soothe your nervous system, release stress, and invite deep relaxation. This outdoor experience is open to all and held in the spirit of healing, connection, and mindfulness.

Location: Jordan River Parkway, south of East Riverfront Park [General Area – Exact location pin will be posted 30 minutes prior to event]

Let the calming vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other sound healing instruments guide you into a meditative state. Whether you’re new to sound baths or a regular participant, this event offers a safe space to unwind and reset.

What to Bring:
• A yoga mat, blanket, or lounge chair
• Pillows, eye mask, or anything else to help you feel supported and cozy
• Layers or a jacket—it may get chilly during stillness

Registration is required to receive updates and the exact drop pin location, which will be shared via Facebook and email at least 30 minutes before the event begins. Be sure to check in before you head out!
