This breathwork is intuitively supported by Doug’s live soundscape, weaving together the soulful tones of Native American flutes, the crystalline resonance of singing bowls, and the soothing presence of natural sounds.
Together, these elements create an immersive atmosphere that deepens the connection between breath, body, and spirit.
Following the breathwork, you’ll be transported into a fully immersive sound bath—a meditative sonic journey crafted to encourage introspection, energetic clearing, and emotional clarity.
Infused with healing energy and intentional presence, this experience invites you to reconnect with your inner spirit, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate a deep sense of peace, balance, and renewal.
Please arrive early to get settled and in your spot. Wear something comfortable. Yoga mats, bolsters, yoga blankets, and optional eye coverings available. Feel free to bring your favorite
