Angie's Sunday Morning Breathwork in the Salt Cave

In this cozy, inviting space - complete with blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats - you'll explore breathwork's remarkable power to reduce stress, ease trauma, and calm anxiety. By incorporating mindful breathing into your self-care routine, you can enhance intuition, heighten self-awareness, gain clarity, and foster a deeper bond with your body.

To elevate your experience, we'll activate the halo (dry salt) therapy during the final 30 minutes of class. Halotherapy is known to support respiratory health, help clear congestion, reduce inflammation, and promote healthier skin. Breathing in the microscopic salt particles can amplify relaxation and bring an extra layer of rejuvenation to your session.
