Introduction to Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique, which is taught internationally, seeks to help students find ease of movement by releasing habit patterns that interfere with everyday functioning. It is very useful to musicians and anyone seeking improved mastery and presence.

Sue Collinson is a graduate of the Institute for The Alexander Technique and a member of The American Society for The Alexander Technique.
