Sound & Snuggles: A Cozy Sound Bath Experience for Families

Join us for Sound & Snuggles—a family-friendly sound bath designed for kids and their grownups to relax together. We’ll use crystal bowls and other gentle instruments in a warm, welcoming space. Izzy from The Haven Chiropractic will also be joining us!

This event is donation-based and perfect for families wanting to unwind, bond, and experience soothing sound together.

What to Bring:
• A blanket to sit or lay on
• Optional: a pillow, water bottle, and a favorite stuffed animal
