Nature to music at the Meadows

Music is found everywhere in nature, from the hum of cicadas to the signature songs of birds. Tune into some of these natural sounds through a guided hike at Meadowbrook Nature Preserve, led by Certified Interpretive Guide Mari Patis. Learn how sound plays a role in the ecosystem, as well as how modern day music has been inspired by nature.

3:15 pm: Guided hike begins (25 minutes, about 0.4 miles)
4:15 pm: South Shore Brass Band performs
