Take a moment to pause, breathe, and restore this October. Join me for an Autumn Reset Sound Healing designed to calm your nervous system, release stress, and invite balance back into your body and mind.

You’ll be guided through a soothing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and subtle chakra-based sound healing to support:
✨ Melting away stress and tension
✨ Encouraging emotional balance and inner calm
✨ Creating deep relaxation and peace

🧘‍♀️ All are welcome. No prior experience needed—just come as you are.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat or blanket to lie on

Pillow or cushion for comfort

Water bottle
