Meditation in the Park

This is an opportunity for the community to come together for a morning of meditation. The day will consist of guided meditations, walking meditation, silent meditation and a few Buddhist concepts. Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Morning tea is provided.Please join use for this once a month event in a beautiful and natural setting, at Pottsville Environmental Park Activity Rooms.Payment is $10 towards the cost for the facilities, plus donations (dana) for the teacher’s time are gratefully received.Bring mats and cushions to make your self comfortable. There are foldable chairs at the venue.
