This workshop will show you how to relax into free play and intuitive expression that will make you feel good! Allowing you to solve any problems from an intuitive place, rather than through mental tooing and froing, and also move through any creative blocks and fears with what Marie has coined ‘The Freedom Technique.’
No Rules, No Paintbrushes, No such thing as a mistake.

During this workshop, Marie will share her practical experience as an artist and workshop facilitator, including her formal qualifications, Diploma in Creative Arts and Health to connect you to your inner child, relieve you of fear around the painting experience, and show you that painting and fun can be used in the same sentence.
Marie also learned from studying for the diploma (but already knew from her lived experience) that science has proven creativity's benefits extend beyond participation in art classes. It can help you tap into and explore your innate creativity in other areas of your life, build new or strengthen relationships, and maintain brain health while giving yourself a colour therapy session. Yes, colour can heal. Just think about how good it feels to look at all things beautifully coloured in nature. Like flowers, a grassy green lawn, gazing over the blue ocean or sky and not to mention the visual pleasure of a sunset!! The fab thing is, no painting experience is necessary. You will have many paint colours to choose from AND you can move at your own pace.
