Please note you must bring your own towels and bedding! More information on our site and facilities can be found on our website. Below is a rough idea of what the weekend will look like! Please note this itinerary may change closer to the Retreat Weekend. A final itinerary will be sent out to participants closer to. You are not required to attend all of the activities, you may attend as many or as few as you like!



Day one: Aug 15th

3pm-6pm – Arrive

6pm – Welcome

6:30pm – Dinner

7:30pm – First night bonfire



Day two: Aug 16th

8:30am – Breakfast

10am – 12pm – Yoga with Mariam

12:30pm – Lunch

2pm – 4pm – Archery

4pm – 5pm – Birding Hike

5:30pm - Dinner

7pm – Survival Game

8pm – Sunset Meditation/Paddle





Day three: Aug 17th

6am – Sunrise Paddle/Swim

8:30am – Breakfast

10am- Forest Bathing Farewell

12pm – 1pm – Light lunch

1pm – Depart
