The Organisers are not responsible for any aspect of your participation.

The Organisers do not accept any duty of care or responsibility for participants, and no supervision, monitoring, or chaperoning is provided. The Organisers make no representations or guarantees regarding the safety, security, suitability, or accessibility of the venues or activities.

4. Obvious and Inherent Risks
You acknowledge that this Event involves obvious and inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Alcohol-related harm (e.g. intoxication, injury, illness);
• Loss or theft of property;
• Accidents while walking between venues or using transport;
• Anti-social or unlawful conduct by members of the public or other participants.
To the fullest extent permitted by the Civil Liability Act 2003 (Qld), the Organisers disclaim all liability for harm arising from such risks.

5. No Organised Services Provided
The Organisers are not providing transport, alcohol, food, entertainment, or any other goods or services. All venues visited are operated by third parties and subject to their own rules and licensing conditions. You must comply with the terms of entry and behaviour set by each venue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organisers are not liable for:
• Any injury, illness, loss, damage, or claim arising from your participation in the Event;
• Any conduct, act, or omission of any third party, including venues, members of the public, or other attendees;
• Any cancellation, modification, or disruption of the Event.
You agree to release and indemnify the Organisers from all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation.
