Feel Good Program Launch Day

💜 South Bank’s Feel Good Program is back 💜

From 27 September to 29 November, your fave free fitness series is serving up everything from yoga flows to high-energy sweat sessions. Think Zumba, mat pilates, aqua aerobics and more.

We’re kicking things off with an epic launch event on Saturday 27 September from 7am – 12pm with a stacked line-up:

💪 Mat Pilates 8am
🌊 Aqua Aerobics 9am
🔥 ABT 10am
⚡ Body Attack 10:30am

Arrive early because the freebies are next-level.
