The perfect way to relax, unwind, let go of any stress or tension and connect to body, mind and spirit.
Using a variety of beautiful global instruments including Hand Pans, Drums, Gongs and Singing bowls you will be immersed in beautiful sounds and vibrations with the intension to lead you on a journey to a place of stillness, deep relaxation and rest.

Mats, blanket and lavender eye pillows supplied - snuggle down a time just for you!
