Mental Health and Wellness lunch & learn

In honor of Mental Illness Awareness Week, celebrated October 6 – 12, Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital is proud to partner with the YMCA of South Boston to hold a Mental Illness Awareness lunch & learn. Jacob Hudson, LPC with Sentara Behavioral Health Services will be providing education and opportunity to ask questions about:
• Mental health issues
• Risks & symptoms
• Treatment options
