Somatic Healing Guide (Mind-Body Connection) Workshop

This 1-day workshop includes a somatic healing guide with exercises and techniques from a workbook that we will attentively and delicately review and complete in a calming and safe environment together and engage in an overview of the Emotion Code and class participation to clear trapped emotions, and a personalized Bach Flower Essence analysis and take-home remedy! This is an opportunity to learn more about somatic healing and its techniques, exercises, and definition. Somatic healing is an umbrella term for healing therapies that center on the mind-body connection. The term "somatic" means "relating to the body." Using special techniques, a somatic practitioner helps you release any pent-up trauma that has become "trapped" in your body and allows you to move from a state of dysregulation (upset, stress) to a state of regulation (calm, present).
