Holy Cross College will open the Fall 2025 Leading the Holy Cross Way series on Friday, September 12, at 2 p.m. in Driscoll Auditorium, featuring Darren Smith and Pierre Koshakji of the Authentic Leadership Foundation.
President Marco J. Clark created the series to bring “leaders among leaders” into conversation with the Holy Cross community and the broader South Bend region. This year’s first session, The Summit Strategy: Aligning Mission & Traction for the Climb to Greatness, explores how authentic leadership can transform organizations and lives by fostering deeper connection, accountability, and transparency.
“Leading the Holy Cross Way isn’t just about hearing from accomplished people,” President Clark said. “It’s about engaging with leaders whose lives show what it means to lead with conviction, humility, and faith — and bringing those lessons into the heart of our community.”
You can listen to last year’s series on Podbean and Spotify.
