Navigating Postpartum Recovery

• Healing after birth is about more than your body—it’s about your emotions, your routines, and your new role as mom.
• This class covers what to expect physically, how to manage mood changes, and ways to adjust to life with your newborn. It’s a space for honest conversation, encouragement, and resources you can lean on.
