Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge is a top-of-the-list birding location in Rhode Island. It's diverse habitat such as grassy fields, edge, woodland, and shore offers plenty of opportunities to spot or hear a great number of spring migrants. We will meet in the parking lot. Bathrooms are available on site.
Conditions: The trail conditions at Trustom Pond are considered easy by many. It is best to wear hiking boots seeing that the trail can be wet and muddy from time-to-time.
