Turf Games ambassador, athlete, coach and nutritionist Becs Sandwith is back with her Turf Games Women's Training Workshop.
This is an event to connect with like minded women, gain confidence in yourself and in your training, learn new skills and learn about how to fuel adequately for your functional fitness training.
Whether you are currently training on your own, with friends or looking to get into functional fitness, this is the event for you!
We will begin with a lifting session followd by a fun Turf style team based workout. After this we will have a cool down and refuel with some products from Nutrition Warehouse. We will then move into the nutrition element of the day where Becs will break down how to fuel adequately for functional fitness training.
This event is for all fitness levels.
Structure of the day (2.5 hour Workshop):
All attendees will receive a goodie bag with products from our partners
