Public Safety Day Event

We are excited to announce our first ever Public Safety Event in celebration of the South Hadley Police Department's 150th Anniversary. The event is being held at the Michael E. Smith Middle School on Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

We will have police cars, our drone, fire apparatus, state agencies we partner with, police K-9 unit, mounted unit, helicopters, SH electric light trucks, DPW equipment, tow trucks, our comfort dog, and much more.

There will be food available (for purchase), static displays, live demonstrations, representatives from local support groups and agencies, services related to child ID kits, child car seats, bicycle safety, TRIAD, Drug Addiction & Recovery Team, and more!
