WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Easy to follow warm ups
• Practice walks across the floor
• Learn common heels moves used in your favorite dance videos
• Learn correct core and feet positioning so that you feel confident performing your new skills
• Learn a short, sexy dance routine
• Meet like minded individuals to connect with!
• A welcoming and diverse community, focused on centering the comfort and joy of marginalized identities.

WHAT TO BRING:

• BYOB
• Water
• Clothes that make you feel confident and that you can move in—our dancers dress up or down, either is fine!

ConfiDance is always a safe, judgment free place to let loose and express yourself, as well as a great opportunity to make new friends in a loving and supportive environment.
