Traditional cooking lesson - Minoan style

Held in the village of Xirosternes in a traditional house surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful garden.

You’ll prepare recipes together, gather ingredients and cook over the wood fires in clay pots like the Minoans.
It’s about 5 hours and you’ll help prepare and then (of course eat!) 1 main meat dish, 1 main vegetable dish, kalitsounias of Sfakiani pita, Dakos. There also be raki and side dishes and wine.
