Let your child unplug and discover the magic of horsemanship this summer! Our 5-day Day Camp at Rock Springs Guest Ranch offers young riders ages 8–15 an unforgettable, hands-on experience at a real working riding barn. Whether your child is a first-time rider or already saddle-savvy, this camp is packed with fun, education, and confidence-building.
What to Expect:
Campers will dive into daily activities focused on:
🐴 Horse Safety – Learn to approach, lead, and ride horses with confidence and care
🧽 Horse Care – Grooming, feeding, tacking, and learning the real responsibilities of ownership
🧠 Horse Behavior & Communication – Understand how horses "talk" and how to listen
🐎 Riding Lessons – Tailored to experience level, taught by expert, caring instructors
Our supportive environment emphasizes respect, responsibility, and relationship-building with horses and with peers. No overnight stays.
