Arrive early to get settled, browse our beds, and ease into the calming atmosphere before the sound bath begins at 7:00 PM.

A guided sound bath led by Glow Yoga SF designed to help you unwind, reset, and ground yourself before the holiday season gets busy. This session is all about giving your mind and body a peaceful break before the end-of-year stress kicks in.
