Fundamentals from Prequalify to Close

This class is part of our Agent Boot Camp Series but may also be taken on its own. It will cover the full lending process, from application through pre-qualification, pre-approval, and final approval. Participants will gain insight into different loan programs, including ARM options and first-time buyer opportunities, as well as a deeper understanding of interest rates and the economic factors that influence them. The course will also demystify lender terminology and provide an overview of key insurance considerations. Instruction will be led by Noel McCord of CrossCountry Mortgage.
