Access Bars® Gifting and Receiving event

If you have had an Access Bars® class, please join us for an Access Bars® gifting and receiving where you can trade with another Bars® practitioner. If you have not had an Access Bars® class, you may receive a Bars® session from a practitioner for only $75! Cost to attend the event is $5.

Do you remember the last moment in your life when you were totally relaxed and nurtured and cared for? Or has it been a little too long since you received healing and kindness without any judgment of your body or your being?

Access Bars® can be used to facilitate change in all areas of your life. Having your Bars run creates greater ease for you and your body and clears the underlying thoughts, feelings and emotions that are limiting you.

How much of your life do you spend doing rather than receiving? For most people, getting their Bars® run is the first time that they allow themselves to fully receive. Receiving is one of our greatest capacities and one that we often refuse more dynamically than anything else.
