Sooke Region Mental Health Fair

On Saturday, October 4th, from 11am to 4:30pm, we will be shining our light on mental health issues with education, workshops, local resources and more! This event is free to our entire community and everyone is invited to attend.

The purpose of Sooke Region Mental Health Fair is to continue ongoing public awareness of Mental Health, Substance Use (MHSU) and Addictions services and programs available in the Sooke Region. It’s an opportunity to learn about and cope with common mental health challenges that affect our local children, youth, and families.

The theme of this year’s gathering is Anxiety Disorders, one of the most common mental health challenges in children, youth and adults, resulting in significant personal and societal costs.
