Otter Point, it's time to FireSmart your property for the summer!

As part of a CRD FireSmart initiative, we're teaming up with our neighbours in Shirley and East Sooke for a Juan de Fuca Chipping Weekend on Saturday, July 26th

🪵 Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Have your branches, brush, and Scotch broom piled at the roadside by the morning of Saturday, July 26.
✅ Crews may arrive Saturday OR Sunday to chip and haul it away.
✅ Only piles that are properly prepared and pre-registered will be picked up.

This is a great opportunity to clear away wildfire fuels — and yes, Scotch broom is included this time!
