For the consideration of the commentators and guests, we ask that there be No billiard play during the show.
With screenings of trailers, clips, short subjects and a full length feature, The Temple of Schlock will be a celebration of vintage low budget sci-fi with on stage commentary by the hosts of The Enigma Hour paranormal talk radio show. On stage, the Enigma Hour hosts will not only introduce these movies, comment on their history and role in popular culture, but will offer a few surprises as horrifying creatures step out of the screen and into the audience.
The Greater Good Cultural Exchange is a local non-profit who have been issued call letters from the FCC to operate a full power, noncommercial educational radio station, KFUT FM89.5 based out of Twain Harte. The station is built around the notion of community access and participation by providing a platform for sharing local music, arts, culture, news, and opinions. The big hurdle facing the organization right now is being able to raise enough money to be able to raise an antenna. You can listen to KFUT streaming online at KFUT.org.
