I am Alexandra, a Spiritual Life Coach, Nutritionist, and Pilates Instructor. My passion is guiding you on your journey to your true self, encouraging you to let your inner light shine, embrace your uniqueness, and love yourself unconditionally.
My journey of transformation began after overcoming self-hatred, bulimia, anxiety, and the feeling of never being good enough. I realized that the love I was searching for externally was always within me.

Practical info:
We only have 14 yogamats available, so if it's possible, please bring your own.
You can buy water in the cafe downstairs and bring that with you to the session.
