​Feeling stuck in your joints? Join this 45 minute workshop with Madi Scott, Movement Coach, and Karen Lovely, Doctor of Physical Therapy at Beta Stride Physical Therapy. Anticipate exercises that open up your hips and shoulders to counteract the tension of sitting at your work desk. This class will focus on joint mobility for rock climbers; but who doesn’t have sticky joints?

No need to be a climber to enjoy this workshop!
