Makers & Mocktails – Painted Planter Workshop

Craft something cute while sipping on something delicious! During Makers & Mocktails, our brand-new, ticketed workshop series, you’ll try hands-on projects like candle pouring, painting, or bouquet arranging while enjoying refreshing mocktails from The Lawn Bar. It’s equal parts creative and social – the perfect weeknight pick-me-up.

Each class will include access to the DIY workshop of your choice, plus one free Mocktail from The Lawn Bar! Workshops run anywhere from 90-120 minutes depending on the craft.

Workshop Description: Painted Planter

Embrace your inner garden goddess & spend the evening painting seasonal flowers + fruits on planter pots at Assembly Row. Follow along as Erica, the founder and artist of The Blank Canvas Co., walks you through how to paint colorful and eye-catching garden goodness on your own personal 6” terracotta planter. We’ll be featuring florals + fruits that are in bloom in the summer, like berries, cherries, tomatoes, avocados, sunflowers, hydrangeas, and more! Each guest will be able to pick what they’ll paint & their color palette to best match their home décor!

Painting skills are NOT required. We encourage you to bring a friend and a positive, judgment-free mindset. Creative freedom is always encouraged, so if you’d prefer to paint a color pattern of your choosing, we totally support you!
