Flower Arranging

Somerville Garden Club member Tom Sopko will demonstrate flower arranging at our August meeting. The Club's monthly meetings are free and open to the public.

FLOWER ARRANGING

Tom will make three flower arrangements combining inexpensive grocery store flowers with garden material, demonstrating different design styles and different ways to hold the plant material in place. The arrangements will be given away at the end of the evening.

Tom Sopko has been arranging flowers for church services, weddings, the Boston Ballet, and other occasions for more than 35 years. He was a contributor to Judith Blacklock's book Church Flowers (Flower Press, 2009).
