Bullets over Boston!

The Post-Meridian Radio Players return to the microphone with their annual Summer Mysteries entitled “Bullets over Boston!” This year we will feature two classic mysteries presented in the style of old-time radio, presented by a cast of 25 with live sound effects created by our Foley artists! Featured in this year's show:

• A recreation of the Lux Radio Theater version of the mystery classic, "After The Thin Man," featuring Nick and Nora Charles! This time it's family drama, as Nick and Nora return home to discover the fiance of Nora's cousin has gone missing.

• Next up it's HARD-BOILED parody as detective Samantha Spade investigates a murder on the high seas in the "Steve Starr Caper!" This is a gender flipped version of the Adventures of Sam Spade radio series from 1948.

Both plays are adapted and directed by Jeremy Holstein.

We will be offering TWO weekends of performance; 8PM July 25-26 at the Guild Church in Davis Square (with a 2PM Matinee on the 26th) and 8PM July 1-2 at the Mosesian Center for the Arts in Watertown.
