"Breathe @ Bow" Pop-Up Breathwork Classes

Join us for an immersive, modern breathwork experience in the heart of Somerville at Bow Market!

This isn’t your typical breathwork class because Source Method® isn't your typical breathwork brand. We blend a 3-part breathing technique with curated modern music to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and create space for clarity, healing, and personal growth.

Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or a regular practitioner, this class is designed to meet you where you’re at! You can expect to feel welcomed, guided, and open, connected, and clear by the time class is over!

WHEN: Mondays from April 28th to June 23rd [except for Tuesday, May 13th!]

WHERE: "Upstairs @ Bow", Bow Market, Somerville

TIME: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

WHO: ALL LEVEL breathworkers

PRICE:

$33 for "Standard Tier" tickets.

$20 for "Community Tier" tickets.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Each Breathe @ Bow class is led by Sabrina Palazzo, the founder of Source Method®, and includes a welcome + overview of the technique, a guided mini meditation to relax, and a guided breathwork practice, paired with the best curated modern music to enhance your experience. After class is over, you can leave or stay to enjoy and engage in our tiny but mighty (and growing!) community!

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or something to lie down on, water, and wear clothes you can BREATHE in! Your temperature can shift during class, so feel free to bring a light blanket (optional).

ABOUT SABRINA PALAZZO:

Hi! I'm Sabrina. I'm a Latina/Iranian wellness entrepreneur, founder of Source Method®. In 2020, I discovered the healing power of breathwork after experiencing the loss of my dad and father-in-law to Cancer within one month. Breathwork supported me on my grief journey in profound ways, and completely changed my life in a short period of time. I knew I had to share this work with others, so I got certified in 2021 and have been facilitating ever since!

I deeply believe everyone deserves to experience the profound healing power of breathwork, which is why I’m passionate about making it accessible to everyone. At Source Method®, we aim to make breathwork modern, approachable, and FUN!
