Fold'd Dinner Party: A Journey Through Spain

Join us for the first event in our new Dinner Party Series: an evening inspired by Chef Mark Segal’s recent travels through Spain!

Chef Mark will prepare a 5-course Spanish-inspired menu, featuring tapas and vibrant flavors from his journey abroad. The evening will also include a presentation and discussion about Spanish cuisine, culture, and culinary traditions.
