Rose Day Festival 2025

Colonial Park Gardens’ annual Rose Day Festival celebrates peak bloom of America’s favorite flower- the rose. Located in the heart of the gardens, the Rudolf W. van der Goot Rose Garden displays thousands of roses of 345 varieties, with both modern and historic significance.
Enjoy the day with a stroll through the gardens, a picnic on the lawn, activities for kids, and live music provided by three amazing bands. Local food trucks will be on hand or BYO lunch. Our annual rose plant sale begins at 11am, with a focus on disease-resistant varieties for the homeowner. And garden staff and volunteers will be on hand all day to answer your horticulture questions.
Admission is free, and we welcome visitors of all ages. Lot A is reserved for handicapped parking only. Please use other lots, including Lot B & C. Note that pets are not permitted in the rose garden but can attend the festivities held outside the gates. Hope to see you there!
