Franklin Township Astronomy Club Monthly Meeting

The next monthly meeting of the Franklin Township Astronomy Club is tomorrow, Tuesday, 8/19, at 6:30 pm in the Franklin Township Public Library on DeMott Lane. We'll be taking a look ahead at objects and events to observe in the sky over the next month, and then have a presentation on telescope mounts: how to choose the best one to enhance your observation experience, followed by an in-person demonstration of a DIY OpenAstroTracker mount. We'll also have an open discussion on astronomy and topics for future meetings, and consider how members can become even more involved in shaping the direction of our club. Open to all interested members of the community!
